  1. Can people switch it up not just fruit alone add soup for lunch or cereal
    for breakfast with soy milk raw till 4 usually ends up being raw till for
    me lol I can’t find enough fruits to go through my day yes banana smoothie
    maybe a daterade oranges apples is that enough? 

  2. Breakfast: 1.5 L water & 5 bananas with 3 cups of orange juice blended up
    snack: 1.75 L of grapefruit juice
    Lunch: 9 medium peaches
    Snack: 8 Medjool dates with .5 L water
    Supper: .5 L water with 2 cups of rice with low sodium tomato sauce and a
    large green salad with some onion and vinegar for dressing then an hour
    later one package of low sodium cereal with almond milk

    4 bowel movements today! and at least 12 pees no work out today…rest day

    Go Vegan! :)

  3. It took me a while to realize that you were summing up the calorie content.
    I tought it was weird that the smoothie contained 900 calories

  4. I’m a new fruitarian and today I ate in order: ≈10 sugared dates and they
    might be dried idk, then I got a headache and felt tired because it wasnt
    enough at all. I wanted to get full and thought about eating vegan bread
    but nope. I then I ate 2 bananas and blended 3 bananas with chocolate
    soymilk and then water with that. And then I ate like 25 blueberries and 10
    tomatoes and half a pineapple. And then I don’t really know what to have
    for dinner but I have a lot of peaches.. but I’m wondering if they are sub
    acid or acid fruits…

  5. So my sister loves eating loads of Kraft dinner, animal fat, burgers, ya
    know the stuff and I was eating two apples and she yelled at me saying “Why
    are you eating TWO apples, geez! Stop being such a pig eating fruit” it’s
    kind of sad because I’m trying to be healthy by only eating fruit and
    veggies because I want to be as healthy as I can and to live a long life
    and she’s eating animals, p.s she weighs 2x as much as me and apparently
    I’m being the pig. :/ it makes me sad because I wish she would eat
    healthier too. 

  6. @Joan Mcarty. I know what you mean. I am constantly being harassed by my
    sister about eating all the fruit and I am worried that I am too skinny. I
    tell where to stuff it and I eat all the fruit I can

  9. Breakfast was a peppermintcrisp smoothie. Lunch was a few mangos.( by a few
    I mean 12) Then dinner was a salad and Corn pasta with a yummy sause I made
    myself!!!!!!!!HIGH CARB VEGAN

  10. Dear freelee I am 16 I want to be low fat fully raw vegan and I have been
    for several months now but my mom will make me eat meat every now and then
    she says I need the iron I’ve tried to explain but she says as long as I’m
    living with them I have to eat meat.

  11. Everytime I can’t watch your videos, I die a little inside…meaning I end
    up eating shit. Your videos help keep me on track to eating better!
